ORDER TERMS
1. Price: All prices are understood to be FOB Haiphong, Vietnam, in USD, According to the latest INCOTERMS, including FEH standard packing.
2. Payment:
- L/C At sight, non-negotiation or
- The 30% deposit of the order is transfered in advance by TTR to confirm the order. The balance is paid as the goods is on board with B/L to get the original shipment documents:
+ Commercial invoice
+ Packing list
+ Bill of Loading, CLEAND ON BOARD
+ Origin certificate (if needed)

3. Delivery: Around 60 days from the date that the order is confirmed
4. Tolerance: +/-5% of Value/Quantity. Products size and color may be slightly different because of handmade
5. Packaging :
Goods are individually wrapped in brown paper, then to be put in 3 layer inner carton and some inners are packed in 5 layer master cartons.
6. Transportation:
All products are shipped by sea. It means that the client have to appoint a forwarder and pay for the freight costs from Hai phong port to the client’s destination.
7. Minimum Order:
- Samples order: all initial samples are charged at regular FOB prices plus a sampling fee
- Official orders: US$5,000 and 50 pcs of each item for official orders
8. LCL shipment:
The additional handling charge of 20USD/CBM will be added to invoice
In this case, the use of wooden crates or special packaging is strongly recommended to protect the goods from being damaged. The crate cost will be charged US$15 per CBM.
9. Quality control:
QC is always defined and applied to all production process of materials, processing, packing and loading into containers to make sure that final products are always shipped to client in the best quality |
